Corresponding Airsoko Coins will be withdrawn from the buyer. Here are some tips to prevent the removal of your product review:
1 . Provide a proper and relevant product review of the product
Show an image/video of the product itself
Use appropriate and respectful language when providing positive or negative feedback
Provide detailed feedback on the product (Performance, quality, suitability) and/or seller’s service (shipping, attitude, customer service, packaging)
Attach an image or video of the actual item received and not a blank, blur, or a different item.
2. Avoid spamming characters or putting random text with the intention to fill the word count to get coins
Texts contain consecutive repeated characters, words, or phrases
Texts contain excessive symbols or emojis
Text Composed of lyrics of songs, quotes, or random content that is irrelevant to the purchase.
3. Avoid uploading images or videos that are irrelevant to the product
Images are not related to the product purchased with the use of graphics, emojis, and body gestures
Image or video does not contain the product (could be plain a black screen only)
Video contains animation only with confusing objects, or motion blur that is not related to the product.
4. Avoid using rude/abusive/disrespectful language with the intention to insult or degrade another person (even if the other party is at fault)
Contains vulgar/cursing/swear words (any language or emojis) regardless if the feedback is positive or negative.
Contains offensive or hateful language that is direct to the other party/person with the intention to harass, threaten, or maliciously embarrass the other
Stating the other party is a bogus seller/scammer
Sharing sensitive information related to politics, gender, religion, culture, and current events.
5. Avoid sharing any personal contact information and social media details that can be used to transact offline or outside Airsoko transactions.
Contains personal information such as contact number, address, bank details, personal IDs, etc
Exposes other users’ personal information such as name, username, email address, contact number, social media account, etc.
6. Avoid making explicit and offensive references to sex or bodily functions when providing product reviews
Images/videos that reveal or expose private body parts that are uncensored or improperly censored
Images/videos with sexually suggestive poses
Symbols/text/emoticons that depict sexual acts.
