Can I cancel my order?
Answer: Yes but depending on some factors.
Make sure that before canceling your order, the seller has already scheduled your order for pickup. Learn more about why you can’t cancel your order.
For unshipped orders
Select Cancel Order on the Order Details page > Select Cancellation Reason > CONFIRM to submit.
For orders that have already been arranged for shipping
You can request for Manual Order Cancellation from the seller. However, the seller must agree with the request for the order cancellation to proceed.
Buyers can only submit one cancellation request for every order. If your cancellation request is rejected or withdrawn, you will not be able to submit another request for the same order.
Cancellation works differently for different types of orders:
1. Paid local or overseas order (not pre-order item) & Paid pre-order overseas order
Cancellation can be done instantly at any time before the seller arranges shipment
You will not be able to cancel your order once the shipment has been arranged
2. Paid local (pre-order item)
Cancellation can be done instantly within 1 hour after you have placed the order and before the seller arranges shipment
After the 1-hour mark from order placement, the cancellation request will be subject to seller's approval
You will not be able to cancel your order once the shipment has been arranged
Checking cancellation request status
To check the status of your cancellation request, select View Cancellation Details for the order via My Purchases.
If you no longer wish to cancel the order, select Withdraw Request > Confirm.
⚠️ Note
Sellers have 2 days to respond to your cancellation request.
Sellers are allowed to reject cancellation requests for orders that have been packed/arranged for shipment.
If necessary, you may discuss this with the seller directly via Airsoko Chat or raise a return/refund request after you receive your order.
For cancellation refunds, it will be automatically processed upon successful cancellation.
