To track your overseas order, go to To Ship or To Receive under My Purchases via the My Account tab on the Airsoko App/ Website> Select shipment status of your order > View all shipping updates.
It may take 24-48 hours for an order’s tracking status to be updated by our logistics partners. You may contact the seller directly via Airsoko Chat if you need to track your order urgently.

The delivery of overseas orders may take longer due to adverse weather conditions, customs clearance processes, or holidays.
The tracking number for overseas orders will be updated after the order reaches the Kenya. You can track your order using the updated tracking number on the courier's website.
The updated tracking number will show inside the shipping updates.
