For wallet activation, it involves 2 steps. ( Bound phone number + Set payment password)
Below are basic operations for wallet:
1. For checking balance, please visit Wallet icon from your Airsoko APP from your APP under Account bottom menu.
2. For Withdraw, Kindly choose withdraw and confirm details before submission. (currently withdraw takes up to 72 hours)
3. For to pup, We recommend you use M-PESA Buygoods for faster payment experience. (In case of top up failure, you can also try Paybill by clicking the top highlighted banner)
4.For use Wallet while shopping on Airsoko, kindly refer following:
a. Choose online payment when you check out from Airsoko.
