After accessing Seller Center:
Step 1
Open the main menu and click on Products > Add Products > Add a New Product
Note: All the fields that have an red asterisk are mandatory. If you don’t fill them up an error message will be displayed.
Step 2
Start Filling the product details.
Here are the product details sections in order;
- Product name.
- Brand.
- Product category.
- Product description.
- Product image(s).
- Product cover image.
- Price(s).
- Cost per item.
- Product specifications.
- Product Features & Specifications.
- Variations/ Options.
- Warehouse.
(I). Input the product name.
(II). Search & add product brand if available, if not you can submit a request.
(III). Select the relevant category and its children. If your preferred category isn't available, you can submit a request for creation.
(IV). Add the product description. Note you can add text, images, embed or video by making use of the editor.
(V). Add the product cover image(s)
(VI). Add the product price. Here there are two fields i.e
- Discounted price e.g 1700
- Compared price e.g 2100 (higher than the discounted price).
(VII). Cost per item
(VIII). Add the product specifications
(IX). Add the product options e.g color, size etc.
(X). SKU/ IBSN
(XI). Stock Number
(XII). Warehouse e.g Airsoko Warehouse or Personal Warehouse if you ship directly from your store.
Step 3
After all the relevant fields are filled up you can click on the Submit button.
Step 5
Product successfully created
With no failed validation a Pop up will be displayed. You can either Go to Manage Product page or Add a New Product.
With one or more failed validations in one of the countries that the shop is active (QC – restriction, other validations) *
Product was not created
– Because it failed a validation. The error message will be displayed in the correspondent field.
~ These validations can be related to the Quality Control
~ Some validations done on the value of the field. Like, number / type of characters, being empty.
~ Some values are duplicated and should be unique.
